By accessing or using Glid (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Glid, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (profiles, messages, ratings). By posting content, you grant Glid a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable.

Assumption of Risk

Glid facilitates connections between sports players. You acknowledge that participating in sports activities involves inherent risks of injury. Glid is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during activities arranged through the Service. You participate at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Glid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
